Pest Control Technician--Kenosha, Wisconsin

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters.
• Solicit opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.

Qualifications

• No experience in pest control necessary.
• A High School Diploma/GED.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
