Mitigation Technician*

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in mitigation efforts such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Document work performed using company technology and software.
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
