About the role

As a Commercial Pest Control Technician, you will provide uncompromised service to commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Your work will protect facilities and products from infestation, with services tailored to offices, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing, or mixed-use facilities. Hours may vary, as some accounts require service outside normal working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess pest problems, identify insects, rodents, harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
  • Apply expertise and problem-solving skills to treat and prevent pests, including inspecting and maintaining bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards.
  • Devise and describe personalized pest control solutions to customers with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
  • Able to pass internal technical exams.
  • Possess a current driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
  • Able to work a minimum 40-hour work week.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule based on customer service requirements.
