Pay & Benefits

Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $15 - $17 per hour
Additional Earning Potential: Commission and bonus opportunities
Paid Training: Includes licensing and certification costs
Performance-Based Raises: Eligible for review and potential raise after just 90 days

Responsibilities

• A Day in the Life
• Enjoy a great balance of independence and building meaningful relationships
• Taking ownership of your route, providing top-tier service to customers while ensuring their unique pest control needs are met
• Preparing specific materials for each customer's unique needs
• Communicating your arrival and greeting customers with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Performing pest control services with care and thoroughness
• Providing detailed notes on each service performed and offering recommendations for continued pest protection
• Continuing to the next customer with energy and focus

Qualifications

• A positive, people-focused attitude
• Desire for personal and professional growth
• Able to: lift up to 50 pounds regularly, build positive relationships, effectively communicate the value of our services to customers, learn/follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions/products
• Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US

What Will Set You Apart?

• Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work
• Proven ability to connect with people through face-to-face service visits
• Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides
• Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader
