About the role
Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide top-notch service to residential and commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based position with the potential for high earnings.
Responsibilities
- Provide pest control services to customers using an IPM approach
- Search for pests and assess problem areas in attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences
- Create personalized solutions for each customer
- Collect service payments from customers and answer their questions
- Ensure equipment and vehicle are in proper operating condition
- Create and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No prior experience necessary
Qualifications
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass background check
