Pest Control Technician

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will have a daily route treating customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns, maintain customer relationships, and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day on an assigned route.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest entry points, infestations, and appropriate treatment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent service visits.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, preventative measures, and additional services.
• Occasionally visit the warehouse in Englewood, CO for meetings, training, and restocking supplies.
• Perform pest control treatments using various techniques.
• Close sales and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

• Wage comparable to $25 - $35/hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses).
