Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection with clear communication and a strong customer focus.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses (full training provided).
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments.
• Responsibly handle company vehicles, tools, and materials while adhering to best practices.
• Use handheld devices to log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a positive attitude who can work independently and stay organized.
• Comfortable with physical demands, including climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Pay

Average first-year earnings between $50,000 and $60,000 plus commission.
