Responsibilities

• Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and meet licensing requirements.
• Work safely according to state and OSHA policies, using required safety equipment.
• Use pesticide equipment such as sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers to perform duties.
• Respond to customer inquiries and notify owners of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems for customers by inspecting for pest entry points and utilizing provided training.
• Complete job documentation accurately and promptly.
• Work flexible schedules, including occasional weekend hours.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and drive it safely and legally.
• Drive to client sites to provide services professionally, safely, and friendlily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Basic pest control knowledge.
• Ability to stand, walk, move, climb, carry, bend, kneel, reach, handle, push, and pull.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
