Pest Control Specialist

About the role

Insight Pest Solutions is a privately-owned pest control company committed to providing exceptional customer service, innovative technician training, and cutting-edge service technology. This position is based in Millbury, MA and reports directly to the Service Manager of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details
• Work outdoors for most of the day
• Lift at least 50 lbs
• Crawl/kneel and/or fit into tight spaces
• Apply liquid treatments to the soil
• Some drilling, trenching, and basic cleanup after a job
• Data entry and documentation using mobile devices for services performed
• Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic mathematical skills
• Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
• Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screen

Schedule

The position is seasonal, with the review period ending at the close of the summer season.

Pay

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
