Pest Control Specialist

At Hoffer Pest Solutions, we are a team dedicated to providing 5-Star Service and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Specialist to join our Residential Services team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest control services in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
• Inspect homes and identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions.
• Educate homeowners on treatment plans, prevention methods, and service recommendations.
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively.
• Complete service documentation accurately using the company software.
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and use equipment as needed.
• Pest control experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
