What Can You Expect During Training?

Comprehensive on-the-job training for Service Professionals typically takes 4-6 weeks. Training includes:

• Conduct proper home inspections including crawl spaces and attics and roofs.
• Correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring.
• Pest and rodent identification.
• Product and label knowledge.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer service training.
• Route management.
• Time management.
• Online coursework.
