What You'll Do...

• Solve pest issues and build long-term relationships with customers through honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service.
• Travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces and execute specialized treatment plans.
• Solve existing pest problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent issues.

Who You Are...

• Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detail and a love of customer service.
• The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces.
• The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, etc.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Good oral and written communication and solid attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with a rotating Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
