Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new residential and commercial leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, community events, open houses, and referral networks.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site evaluations, identify pest pressures and contributing conditions, and recommend tailored treatment and exclusion plans.
- Quoting & Contracting: Prepare clear, accurate proposals and service agreements; explain scope, pricing, and warranty/maintenance options; negotiate and close sales professionally.
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up to ensure satisfaction, coordinate service scheduling with technicians, and cultivate referrals and recurring business.
- Territory Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and manage time effectively to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, operations, and office staff to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company with a friendly, positive demeanor in person and on the phone; uphold company standards in appearance and communication.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain CRM records, report on sales activity, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets consistently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Construction experience, HVAC, or electrical background preferred—helps with accurate assessments and trusted recommendations.
- Home inspector certification or licensed inspector experience is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in pest control, home services, HVAC, or route-based industries.
- Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
- Comfortable with field work, door-to-door canvassing, and community outreach events.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, and Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior pest control experience or knowledge of integrated pest management practices.
- Experience working with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, or community organizations.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical components, and building construction that affect pest entry and treatment effectiveness.
