Responsibilities

• Support the overall growth and profitability of Fox by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and other areas as designated.
• Lead a team that embodies Fox's core values and establishes the company as a leader in pest management solutions.
• Manage and support a dedicated team of support staff for route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations, preferably in route-based businesses such as Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's License
