Key Responsibilities
- Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on "Customer Service" web address.
- Able to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant.
- Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.
Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions.
- Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions.
