About the role
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Personnel Resource Analysts to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with personnel resource management and organizational evaluation.
- Monitors personnel distribution metrics, identifies systemic manning issues, and recommends resource allocation changes to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Implements standardized organizational study procedures and oversees the preparation of Technical Personnel Reports for executive-level review and coordination.
- Manages the execution of personnel resource analysis and manning status tracking for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
- Evaluates Regional Personnel Reports to prioritize staff movements and ensure the availability of mission-critical human capital.
- Leads the coordination of local Administrative Teams to resolve complex staffing shortfalls affecting theater-wide readiness and command operations.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
Senior Level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical personnel analytical protocols.
Midlevel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or a related field.
- Experience with the Joint Manpower and Personnel System (JMAPS) or similar DoD systems.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD personnel reporting and documentation protocols.
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
