Responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis on personnel policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains personnel records and databases.
- Provides guidance and support to staff on personnel matters.
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure compliance with personnel laws and regulations.

- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application (STD Form 678).
- Resume.
- Authorization to Release Information Form (PO-299).
- Documentation showing meeting the minimum qualifications of the classification.
- A Statement of Qualifications addressing interest and experience in relation to the position.
