Personnel Operations Analyst

About the role

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Personnel Operations Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and maintains personnel transition documentation and executes routine reviews of deployment artifacts.
• Maintain analytical data logs for theater-entry metrics and support the preparation of transition Status Reports for review by senior management.
• Follow established SOPs to ensure all personnel movements are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational and Federal safety standards.
• Supports the technical validation of onboarding and offboarding deliverables across the Pacific theater.
• Maintain daily documentation for personnel in-processing activities and assist in the tracking of theater clearance and visa compliance trends.
• Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner Readiness Reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for Contingency Deployment Plans within the USPACOM AOR.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Proficiency in deployment management software and technical reporting.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of DoW deployment regulations.
• DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).
• Experience in military personnel logistics or theater-entry documentation.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
