A Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB) plays a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash office and bookkeeping tasks, including cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
• Support payroll and HR functions, including timekeeping, payroll processing, onboarding, and leave tracking.
• Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations.
• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer systems, including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies.
