Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper

A Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB) plays a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash office and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
- Assist with basic HR functions, including onboarding and leave tracking.
- Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions.
- Proficiency in basic math, spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
