Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper

A Day In The Life As a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB), you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash office transactions and reconciliation
• Process payroll and maintain timekeeping records
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations
• Assist with employee-related tasks such as leave tracking

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking

Skills

• Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies
• Compliance awareness of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations
