Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper

About the role

As a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB), you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and cash handling duties
• Perform reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Process payroll and support timekeeping systems
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and leave tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, and basic HR functions
• Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store leadership
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations
