A Day In The Life As a Personnel Coordinator Bookkeeper (PCB), you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations through accurate cash handling, payroll processing, and coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities. You’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with employee-related tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping
• Payroll processing and support using timekeeping systems
• Basic HR functions including onboarding and leave tracking
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Western Union, lottery)
• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Communicate professionally with team members and store leadership

Requirements

• Prior experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll processing
• Proficiency in basic math, spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Consistent attendance and adherence to workplace standards and policies
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Western Union, and lottery regulations
