Personnel Attendant- Caregiver 12hrs Sat-Sun Studio City

About the role

We are currently looking for Personal Care Assistant/Caregivers to fill a morning shift in Studio City. The case involves a female client with availability Saturday‑Sunday, 8 AM‑8 PM, and can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a companion to clients
• Arrives to client's home in a timely manner
• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Turning, repositioning and moving patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of the client
• Maintains confidentiality of all client information according to HIPAA standards
• Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions
• Represents the company with a positive image at all times

Qualifications

• Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) – California state requirement (includes registration as a Personal Attendant and Livescan fingerprints for an FBI background check; Salus can assist with this process if not currently certified)
• TB test – must be within 90 days of start
• Must be able to legally work within the USA
• Physical capability to perform all job functions
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if you will be driving with clients

Pay

Part‑time shifts (4‑6 hours): $20.00‑$23.00 per hour. Full‑time shifts (8‑12 hours): $19.00‑$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Morning shift availability; case open for a female client Saturday‑Sunday, 8 AM‑8 PM; can start ASAP. Seven‑day availability with part‑time (4‑6 hr) and full‑time (8‑12 hr) shift options.
