About the role

As a Personalization Tech, you’ll turn standard sporting goods into customized products with precision and care. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every customer order ships accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality-first approach
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping
• Meet on-time shipping commitments while maintaining consistent workmanship
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM to 8 PM
• 15 to 40 hours per week (seasonal position with potential for permanent retention)

Pay

$15.00 per hour with bonus potential and a monthly flex perk allotment.
