Personalization Programmer

We are currently seeking a Personalization Programmer to join our team in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders via JD Edwards (JDE) computer system.
• Verify orders for correct spellings and proper fit through direct customer contact.
• Create/modify/correct personalization design using various software applications, such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and PhotoGrav.
• Obtain design approval through customer verification process.
• Release orders to CSC Urn Warehouse locations for production using JDE software.
• Interact and communicate with Batesville-based Options associates and Options customers.
• Maintain all daily reports and reporting.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• A minimum of 24 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of company standard internet, database software, Corel Draw 10, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and PhotoGrav.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a team setting.

Pay

The expected pay for this role is $17.26- $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

Work Schedule Flexible schedule between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Requires participation in a rotating weekend schedule (currently every third weekend, transitioning to every fourth weekend as the team grows) with weekday comp time provided. Holiday coverage is shared among the team on a rotating basis, and associates may be scheduled to work select holidays as needed. Christmas Day is excluded from holiday coverage requirements.
