About the role

Membership + training sales are a significant part of the club manager role, involving qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting leads into members. Additionally, managers promote the brand through B2B marketing, engagement campaigns, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with businesses and influencers to promote the brand.
  • Coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
  • Lead a team and drive results through motivation and fun.
  • Take on day-to-day operations tasks such as running reports, cleaning, etc., as needed.
  • Create an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Tech-savvy
  • 1+ year of personal training experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, and warm
  • Genuine and honest
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Good at managing time and schedules

Pay
