About the role
Membership + training sales are a significant part of the club manager role, involving qualifying, informing, inspiring, and converting leads into members. Additionally, managers promote the brand through B2B marketing, engagement campaigns, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with businesses and influencers to promote the brand.
- Coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Lead a team and drive results through motivation and fun.
- Take on day-to-day operations tasks such as running reports, cleaning, etc., as needed.
- Create an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences.
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Tech-savvy
- 1+ year of personal training experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and warm
- Genuine and honest
- Available to work flexible hours
- Good at managing time and schedules

Pay
