Personal Training Sales Assistant Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory personal training sessions and assessments
• Execute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniques
• Attain company targets, including revenue and client retention
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Maintain regular communications with potential and existing customers

Requirements

• Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• Holding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plus
• Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals
• Must be a strong verbal communicator
• Must have experience working within a team environment

Pay

• Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000
