Personal Training Leader

Job Summary

As a Personal Training Leader at Life Time, you will lead a team of Fitness Professionals to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goals. You will also manage the Personal Training department, overseeing hiring, performance, and budget management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Leads the Personal Training team to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goals
• Develops and oversees safe, professional, and engaging personal training programs
• Manages team performance, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Handles administrative and operational responsibilities for the Personal Training department
• Conducts personal training sessions to set an example and meet member needs
• Led team communication and departmental collaboration

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Years of Experience: 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time, 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and program design, 2 years of leadership or supervisory role within the fitness industry
• Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Certified Personal Trainer, CPR and AED Certified within 6 months of hire
