Personal Supports
Status: Full-Time (40 hours) OR Part-Time
Who Is a Case Manager
A Direct Support Professional who assists Deaf or Deaf-Blind Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Assistance includes Home-based assistance with personal care, cleaning, laundry, cooking, medication management, and assistance with mail. Community-based assistance with medical appointments, shopping, socialization, and activities/events. Other duties as identified in the annual Person-Centered Plan (PCP) meeting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with 3 years relevant experience
- Valid MD Driver’s License with 2 points or less
- Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)

Starting at $18/hour
Schedule
- Full-Time: Tues-Sat. (Tues - 9a-3p; Wed. 11a-9p; Thurs. 9a-5p; Fri. 9a-5p; Sat. 10a-6p OR;Part-Time Sat. and Sun. 10a-6p Some weekends required on-call.
Work Location
Position based in the Baltimore Metro area.
