Personal Stylist Support - Park Meadows

About the role

A day in the life of this role includes:

• Supporting the salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Setting up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Supporting team goals and building positive relationships
• Performing daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning

Requirements

You own this role if you have:

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head
• Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly pay range: $20.15 - $20.95. Offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
