Responsibilities

  • Support outreach and communication with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
  • Create personalized client edits by researching client preferences, purchase history, and seasonal collections.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and logistics coordination.
  • Auxiliary in client outreach and follow-up communications, maintaining strong relationships and an elevated client experience.
  • Track inventory movement, transfers, and product requests to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
  • Operational support for in-store events, VIP appointments, and special shopping experiences, gaining exposure to luxury clienteling best practices.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, events, client relations, and experiential marketing.
  • Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry.
  • Education/Experience: Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in event planning, client relations, or styling is preferred.
