About the role

KHAITE is a luxury womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2016 by Catherine Holstein. Based in New York, KHAITE focuses on creating pieces that balance contrasting elements like masculinity and femininity, strength and softness, and structure and fluidity. The brand emphasizes exceptional materials, craftsmanship, and subtle details.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to track store performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service protocols.
• Aid in streamlining communication throughout the retail network.
• Aid in compiling and building presentations that drive team development, from leadership through staff level.
• Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify best practices in the luxury retail industry.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, project statuses, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support in CRM programming creation, rollout, and analysis.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Experience

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite.
• Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
