About the role
The Personal Property Specialist I is responsible for managing the inventory and maintenance of personal property within a facility. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing items as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of personal property.
- Store and maintain records of all personal property items.
- Distribute personal property to authorized personnel as required.
- Ensure that all personal property is accounted for and properly labeled.
- Perform routine inspections of stored personal property.
- Handle inquiries from staff regarding personal property issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
