Personal Property Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid the Intelligence Systems Officer in utilizing the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse module and managing the entire lifecycle of property accountability documentation.
• Support inventory scheduling and monitoring for Group 2 Intelligence Department warehouse.
• Establish and maintain records in property accountability systems, ensuring all transactions are documented for audit purposes.
• Create and document kits in DPAS Warehouse and manage inventories for deployment ISO worldwide contingency operations.
• Maintain accountability of personal property kits and warehouse assets.
• Process gains and losses of warehouse assets in DPAS Warehouse, including uploading receipts and supporting documentation for newly acquired assets and processing items for distribution to DRMO.
• Prepare necessary documentation for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in Expeditionary Logistics.
• Proficiency in using the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse, Microsoft Excel, and other programs in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• An active SECRET security clearance is required at the beginning of contract performance.
