Personal Property Analyst with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Aid the Intelligence Systems Officer in utilizing the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse module and managing the complete lifecycle of property accountability documentation.
• Support the scheduling and tracking of inventory progress for Group 2 Intelligence Department warehouse.
• Help establish and maintain records in the property accountability systems, ensuring all transactions are documented for audit purposes.
• Create and document kits in DPAS Warehouse and prepare inventories for deployment to international contingency operations.
• Maintain the accountability of personal property within the warehouse.
• Process gains and losses of warehouse assets in DPAS Warehouse, including uploading receipts and supporting documentation for newly acquired assets and preparing items for distribution to Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO).
• Prepare necessary documentation for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in Expeditionary Logistics is required.
• Proficiency in using the Defense Property Accountability Systems (DPAS) Warehouse, Microsoft Excel, and other programs in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• An active SECRET security clearance must be held at the beginning of contract performance.
