Personal Lines/Small Business Insurance Producer-Cell Brokerage

About the role

This position is in Las Vegas and is not remote. Base Pay of $40,000 per year to $60,000 per year + Commission!

Core Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow business through product sales, cross-selling and renewals
• Establish client relationships and respond to client questions and inquiries
• Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls
• Generate insurance leads via referral or networking relationships
• Proven ability to close sales and call upon leads
• Develop leads, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
• Develop and strengthen networking relationships
• Field underwriting and rating for new accounts
• Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close new business
• Meets product requirements
• Responsible for meets or exceeding performance goals assigned by agency management
• Responsible for meeting deadlines
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Follow up on personal lines prospects
• Documents and maintains records in agency management system
• Maintains sales records
• Maintains a strong work ethic

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales
• At least 2 years experience with small business commercial insurance sales
• At least 2 years experience with personal lines insurance sales
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Possess a current Nevada resident state property and casualty insurance license and willing to obtain life and health license.
• Proven sales record
• Strong communication and convincing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced with AMS360
• Inbound and outbound call center sales experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
