What you will do:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by building your own referral networks, professional networking channels, and leveraging the use of CRM tools to maximize sales.
- Make outbound calls to your own prospective clients, as well as leads provided by BayCoast Insurance
- Present consultative insurance proposals tailored to the needs of each individual client, with a focus on writing multiple lines of business for each client
- Conduct and document follow up sales calls until each lead is resolved.
- Earn each client’s trust, and develop lasting relationships to ensure they renew with you each year, and provide referrals
- Input and keep detailed records of all sales activity within CRM
- Consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics set by the organization
Qualifications:
- A Property & Casualty insurance producers license is required for this role, but BayCoast will work with the right candidate to obtain the required licensing.
- Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
