Daily Responsibilities
- Grow your book — generate new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, and digital channels.
- Understand your clients — assess coverage needs and recommend personalized solutions for home, auto, renters, umbrella, and more.
- Deliver peace of mind — clearly explain policy options, exclusions, and pricing in a way clients can truly understand.
- Retain and nurture — maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify coverage gaps or new needs.
- Cross-sell smartly — identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand protection.
- Stay organized — document all communications, quotes, and policies accurately in the agency management system.
- Hit your goals — consistently meet or exceed sales and retention targets while building lasting relationships.
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance or related sales role.
- Established Center of Influences or a plan to obtain multiple one's quickly
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- A proven ability to connect with clients and close business in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of key personal insurance products — home, auto, renters, and umbrella.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable with CRM and agency management systems (experience with HawkSoft a plus).
