Seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This role offers the unique opportunity to inherit a significant existing book of business while working in a collaborative and client-first environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, and a producer mentality.
Responsibilities
- Manage an inherited Personal Lines book of business (~$1.7M in premium).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business through referrals, agency relationships, and account reviews (no cold calling).
- Service middle-market and high-net-worth clients, including accounts with premiums averaging $4,500-$7,500.
- Collaborate with a shared service team, including Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, and virtual assistants.
- Conduct account reviews, cross-sell, and prospect for new business opportunities.
- Meet annual production goals, including $125,000 in new premium during the first year and $350,000 annually thereafter.
- Work with 40+ carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Participate in occasional travel for client meetings, including trips to Olympia and Seattle.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
- Experience servicing high-net-worth clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a producer mentality.

Compensation Package
Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (higher for exceptional candidates who can validate sooner). Commission Structure: 45% on new business. 25% on renewals. Initial salary/validation period includes a reduced commission rate, increasing after validation (approximately 4 years).
