Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
- Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicles, and more
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Cross-sell additional products to maximize account retention and growth
- Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and referrals in a timely manner
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Previous insurance sales or personal lines experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Organized with strong follow-up and time-management abilities
- Experience with agency management systems is a plus
