Role Overview

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. The specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. The role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. This is a full‑time, in‑office position; licensing and experience are required. Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects – we provide leads.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience (required).
• Ability to multi‑task and manage different projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and calm written and verbal communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a positive energy in the workplace.
