About the role
The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales. This is a full-time, in‑office position.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks through to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License and Insurance experience is required.
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment (multi‑tasking).
- Ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all (communication).
- Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner (organization).
- Ability to work as part of a team, maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace (team‑oriented).
- Personal Insurance Sales experience: 1 year (required).
- Property & Casualty License (required).
