Responsibilities
- Convert leads and referrals into new business
- Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
- Utilize CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
- Learn and implement proven sales processes
- Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required

- Base Salary + New Business Commissions
- Expected First-Year Income: $50,000 – $70,000+
