Responsibilities

  • Convert leads and referrals into new business
  • Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
  • Utilize CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
  • Learn and implement proven sales processes
  • Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership

Requirements

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required

  • Expected First-Year Income: $50,000 – $70,000+
