Personal Lines Agent (High Net Worth)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Personal Lines Producer to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will consult with individuals and families on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs while building long term client relationships. You will generate new business through referrals and community networking, manage your own book of business, and provide trusted guidance to help clients protect what matters most. This is a relationship focused, in person role based in Raleigh with time spent meeting clients and referral partners throughout the local market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance
• Personal Lines insurance sales experience
• An active North Carolina Property and Casualty License is required
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline
• Comfortable working in person and networking within the local community
