About the role
A Personal Lines Account Manager at Levitt Group Midwest will build lasting client relationships, identify insurance solutions that fit customers' needs, and drive business growth through sales, retention, and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Grow Existing Relationships
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
- Increase the number of policies and services per household.
- Conduct account reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need.
- Acquire New Clients
- Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, community events, and creative marketing initiatives.
- Follow up on leads and continuously re-quote prospects to win new business.
- Re-engage former customers and build long-term relationships.
- Retain and Support Clients
- Maintain regular contact with clients to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized insurance solutions.
- Identify basic life insurance needs and connect clients with appropriate resources and solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Ohio Property & Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and build trust with customers.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively pursuing sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
