Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements using EZLynx and AMS360 software
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and communication
  • Collaborate with team members to share ideas and improve processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide the best service possible

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred; experience with commercial lines is a plus
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EZLynx and AMS360 is highly desirable
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
    • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually + bonus opportunities
