Personal Lines Account Manager
Summary
The Personal Lines Account Manager role is available at the Foley branch of Princeton Insurance Agency, which is now part of the OneDigital family. This position involves managing property/casualty business, building relationships with clients, and handling various administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Quote new business as directed by producers, and collect necessary client data.
- Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
- Maintain ongoing business contact with clients.
- Issue Evidence of Insurance when needed.
- Process billing for both new and renewal policies.
- Process change requests from clients, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurance carrier.
- Issue endorsements, checking for accuracy.
- Update the Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term.
- Generate ID cards and certificates of insurance as necessary.
- Complete preliminary policy review once issued.
- Follow up on open activities.
Work Experience
2–3 years of insurance experience. Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems, as applicable. Experience with Applied/Epic is a plus. Ability to manage client needs and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to accuracy and detail.
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $26 to $30 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
