Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for personal lines clients, responding to inquiries and providing ongoing account support.
- Manage policy servicing activities, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and coverage reviews.
- Quote and market new and renewal business with carriers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and client satisfaction.
- Review policies for accuracy and ensure client records are maintained and updated.
- Process documentation, correspondence, and insurance-related transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with carrier partners and internal team members to deliver effective insurance solutions.
- Assist clients with coverage questions and provide recommendations based on their insurance needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license, or the ability to obtain one.
- 2-5+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
- Experience working with high-net-worth personal lines clients is a plus.
- Experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
