Personal Lines Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees
- Conduct specific service and marketing activities
- Initiate and complete endorsements
- Work with insureds during the renewal process
- Requote and rewrite policies as needed
- Make appropriate coverage suggestions to customers
- Understand coverage options offered by each carrier
- Understand carrier guidelines
- Build relationships with underwriters of multiple carriers who will assist in writing and endorsing business
- Turn in and assist customers during the claim process
- Answer phones as needed
- Take client payments as needed
Requirements

- Able to follow direction and workflows
- General computer knowledge and capability
- Customer focused
- Detail oriented
- High school diploma or GED
- Must obtain a valid Kansas Insurance Producer’s License (Strong’s will assist and pay for this process)
